Bid farewell to the past year and usher in a new year. On January 6, VTeam Group held their  2024 Year of the Dragon Annual Meeting and Annual Excellence Award Ceremony with the “Innovation, Change and Breakthrough” theme for the event. VTeam members from all over the world gathered in Wuhan to participate the start of a glorious 2024.

 Overall layout and strategic foresight

Looking back on 2023, VTeam Group has adhered to its true belief and intentions, positioned the Group as a "Global Technology Investment Group", guided by the Group’s strategic blueprint, and has achieved impressive results.

At the beginning of the annual meeting, a short film "Chopsticks" was played, signifying inheritance and development. Chairman WEN pointed out that VTeam Group has developed for nearly 25 years. Thanks to valuable and contributing colleagues attended at the ceremony who have grown side by side with the group, focused on VTeam's goals, and promoted VTeam culture, VTeam has achieved extraordinary results with glorious development today.

Chairman WEN emphasized that currently, VTeam Group utilizes technology as its core engine to deploy technology and services in the global market. With its strong technological research and development capabilities, it has developed and is jointly operating 38 AI digital platforms to better serve government departments, anchor enterprises and MSMEs(Micro and Small & Medium Enterprises), making financing for MSMEs easier and affordable. At the same time, as a global technology investment group, VTeam Group provides a one-stop services for Chinese enterprises to extend their reach overseas, enhance the competitiveness of Chinese enterprises in the international market, and helping Chinese enterprises for their long-term overseas development.

Chairman WEN called on all VTeam members to change and innovate at the beginning of a new stage of development, abandon the inherent pattern, achieve a new round of breakthroughs, working together to promote VTeam towards a better future.

Subsequently, management executives, heads of business units of middle and back-office departments summarizing the gains and challenges of 2023 at the meeting. Focusing on the core targets of 2024, by defining the global positioning of VTeam Group and deepening the layout of the business’ 3+1 ecosystem, the team made key objectives for the work tasks for the new year and endorsed the target KPI letter. The company also released a major incentive program for all employees in the new year. The entire group has worked together to achieve key KPI and goals, laying the foundation for new business development and new progress in the new year.

Special guest Mrs. Yanling ZHANG, former Vice President of the Bank of China Head Office, delivered an important keynote speech during the dinner.
